Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Farchase website, the Chazer AI platform, the Pentest Portal, and any related security-testing services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Farchase Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Farchase", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Farchase provides application security services including manual penetration testing, Chazer AI monitoring, and live vulnerability reporting through the Pentest Portal. The specific scope, targets, timeline, and deliverables of any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement, statement of work, or proposal.

2. Authorization & scope

Security testing is performed only against systems and assets you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to authorize testing of all in-scope assets. Testing is strictly limited to the agreed scope; we do not test out-of-scope systems.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate scope information and any access required for the engagement.
• Maintain backups of systems being tested.
• Not use our reports or the Services to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Keep portal credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized access.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties will protect the other’s confidential information, including engagement findings, using reasonable safeguards. Findings and reports are confidential to your organization. We reference engagements only in anonymized form and never disclose client identity without written permission.

5. Reports & findings

Deliverables describe vulnerabilities identified during the testing window based on the information and access available at the time. Security is time-sensitive; a report does not guarantee that all vulnerabilities have been found or that tested systems are free of risk after the engagement.

6. Intellectual property

The Farchase website, Chazer AI, the Pentest Portal, and our methodologies, templates, and tooling remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive right to use engagement deliverables for your internal security and compliance purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farchase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
